I spent part of my fourth year in medical school in Western Massachusetts doing a rotation in emergency medicine at Baystate Medical Center. Lots of hours here, but fortunately nobody noticed when I disappeared to travel. Acadia National Park may be one of the most beautiful places I have seen in the U.S. We also spent some time Martha’s Vineyard where I met a long lost friend, Amelia, who had moved there and opened up a tourist trap! We also visited Milford, Connecticut and climbed Mount Monadnock in Vermont. My german pals and I checked out the light house at Cape Elizabeth and the Yale Campus. Pictured below you’ll Anja, Christian, and Matt from Germany. Also you’ll find Adam and Jason from Tufts who rotated with me and took me to see a game at Fenway.
